Finally…..after my holiday break from the bike and proper nutrition…my training switch has been thrown.  Layin down the base mileage for 5 weeks now.  Comin off of a rest week (6 hrs on bike), and gearing up for 2 weeks of 12 to 14 hours.  Been at it in all kinds of weather.   Planning on hitting the Rockford race April 20th, and MAY 03rd (My Birthday ya all)  I will be in Tennessee for the dirt sweat and gears 12 hour Solo endeavor!  Pedal on my friends!  Put in the time and you’ll do fine!!    Nevada Dave Norton  :)
